could you look at … could you look at my swing video? and give me any advise, please.

@bogeyhitter25 if … @bogeyhitter25 if you make your first move on the takeaway -"A straightening of the rear arm and then allow for the forearm and bicep to form a right angle you will see how a proper wrist happens.Don't just fold the rear arm.

  • HotKnife2RightWindow:

A lot of the same … A lot of the same thing happening right. He maintains his centers. Nice shoulder turn. Stops the arm movement when the shoulders stop to get that nice 3/4 look backswing. Just because they don't call it S&T doesn't mean it not happening.

The past few weeks … The past few weeks I have gotten rid of intentional wrist cocking and both accuracy and power have become more consistent. Also realized how similar my overall swing is to his. I think lots of wrist cock, like Ernie Els, is becoming a thing of the past on tour, especially with the younger guys.

  • MicrowavedHamster:

Try pulling back … Try pulling back the club without ANY at all. It's not possible. You'll get natural cocking of the wrists, just move it back 'n through and enjoy the moment.

samimalstrom, my … samimalstrom, my teacher teaches this way also – any little bit of lag happens on the downswing, with stricker there's very little with a short iron in his hands, maybe a bit more with a driver. You can still get good power without intentionally cocking the wrists – i can still get it out there 270-280. This is also one of the reasons he's so straight off the tee and so deadly accurate with a short iron in his hands.

  • samimalmstrom:

Wrist break or no … Wrist break or no wrist break? Stricker averages about 280 – 290 yards with a driver, so im guessing wrist isnt that powerful a contributor of power. Anyone!!??

  • bogeyhitter25:

Nice one-piece … Nice one-piece swing. There is barely any wrist break.

  • bogeyhitter25:

    How? How?

  • bogeyhitter25:

Wisconsin. It might … Wisconsin. It might be Milwaukee, but I'm not 100% sure.

  • SimpleWalkthroughs:

lol why does the … lol why does the CGA suck, better than nothing

  • cgasucks:

    Sorry about that… … Sorry about that…I'm Canadian…

  • naflack:

    wisconsin…

    but … wisconsin…

but living in minnesota we don't mind being mentioned once in a while.

  • dwirkkal:

One of the top … One of the top swings on tour.

  • cgasucks:

Quite a simple … Quite a simple swing…which is maintained in a heated trailer somewhere in Minnesota…I think..

  • 1969theo:

  • strataone:
