Right, to change … Right, to change tack completely I'm now going to pick your brain! When you start going low, how do you keep it going without mental obstruction? I frequently get well under par then leak shots away, it seems to become harder by being low. It's the main thing keeping me the wrong side of scratch. Any ideas?
this guy can beat … this guy can beat Tiger Woods and any golfer in the world any time or in any tourament he plays in. He doesn't play tournaments because hes not allowed because he is a master golf pro, and masters are better then pga pros. I know that cause my dad is a master and he is not allowed to play because he is to good . thanks

Well, let's see: … Well, let's see: Other than teaching the best player in the world right now (who could have gone to anybody), he's taught other tour pros as well, and made his bones turning Mark O'Meara from a mess into the generally-acknowledged most consistent ballstriker on tour in the mid-to-late '80s, and a multiple major winner. So I'm trying to figure out what "some reason" is…no offense.

Now i'm not saying … Now i'm not saying Haney is the best coach ever, however he was coached and taught by John Jacobs who is regarded by many people such as Butch Harmon as one of the best coaches to have lived. So Haney is going to know more about the golf swing than alot of coaches in the top level.
I would love to see Tiger go back to Butch because the relationship they had in 2000 seemed pretty tight. I don't think Butch will change his swing that much as if you look at Adam scott, he swings much like Tiger.

“Position in the average golfer’s mind”–probably so, since so many average fans don’t know much that’s not Tiger-related. To pros, he’s been well-known for at least 25 years or so. Don’t know about the ability to earn; he’d already had his own golf school for some time (in fact, I went there as a semi-aspiring plus-2 handicap back in ’94). Most of the gurus don’t really charge their top pros a set fee or get rich off them anyway.

I know, my comment was generally positive toward him, I just meant to say that his position in the average golfers mind, and consequent ability to earn, has been crystalised by his involvement with Tiger.

Haney obviously has to be a great coach if hes trusted by tiger to help him with his game so you cant really critisize him!

Why are you idiots questioning Haney? Of course he’s made by Tiger, he knows it, Tiger knows it, so what? I trust Tiger’s judgement over any of the hackers on here, Haney will be a great technical coach, only that his videos on here are designed to be digestable for the average golfer.
